Dangerous goods transportation procedures are complicated and require professional operation. You need to know the following:

1. The space for dangerous goods needs to be reviewed by the terminal and the shipping company. If it is in transit, it also needs confirmation from the transit port. Therefore, booking must be made at least 5 days in advance, and the earlier the better.

2. Detailed and precise information must be provided for booking, so as to avoid FINAL DG errors that may result in inability to board the ship and incur additional costs (the cabin and container rentals for dangerous goods are higher than those for general cargo).

3. The loading and returning time must be strictly in accordance with the terminal requirements, otherwise additional fees will be incurred.

4. Danger signs must be firmly affixed and positioned in a standardized manner.

5. The packing pictures should be clear, and at least 8 pictures from different angles should be provided.

6. The data for maritime declaration and customs clearance must be rigorous.

7. Warehouse loading and unloading are strictly regulated, and each link such as product batches, loading sequence, pallet customization, film wrapping, dangerous goods label placement, photography requirements, loading and unloading methods, etc. is more stringent.
